Meet The Team

Jess has worked in the dog industry since 2009, bringing over 16 years of experience across roles from dog walking to managing a busy doggy daycare. She holds a Level 3 qualification in Animal Care and has completed CPD in canine behaviour, positive training, and canine first aid. Her extensive hands-on experience, combined with a solid academic foundation, gives her a calm, knowledgeable, and ethical approach to working with dogs of all breeds and personalities.

Sam is a qualified dog trainer with a BSc (Hons) in Canine Clinical Behaviour and has been working in the industry since 2018. She has extensive hands-on experience with dogs of all breeds and temperaments. With additional qualifications in Canine Behaviour, Positive Dog training, and canine first aid, her approach is ethical, positive, and tailored to each dog’s individual needs.

Josh joined us as a student four years ago to gain knowledge and experience and quickly adapted to the role. Alongside the team, he achieved his Level 3 in Animal Management while gaining hands-on experience in both doggy day care and dog walking. He particularly excels with stronger dogs who benefit from more one-to-one attention, building trust and confidence with them. Josh is now a Team Leader and continues to support both the dogs and the team. He is also K9 first aid trained. Outside of work, Josh is the proud owner of a Husky called Blu!

Paige began volunteering with us while completing her Level 3 qualification in Animal Management at Cronton College, working alongside Jess to gain valuable practical experience. She has since progressed onto a degree in Canine Behaviour and Training and is working towards a career as a professional dog trainer. Paige remains under our mentorship, continuing to build her hands-on skills and industry knowledge.

Jess has a real passion for working with dogs and is currently learning the skills to become a dog trainer. She loves creating content online and sharing her journey with others. Jess is also trained in canine first aid, so your dog is always in safe hands.

Rihanna is qualified in animal care and has been an animal lover her whole life. She finds dog walking incredibly rewarding and genuinely gets excited every time she sees her furry clients. For Rihanna, it’s a privilege to wake up every day and do a job she loves. She is also canine first aid trained.

Becca has always been surrounded by dogs, growing up with family pets and developing a lifelong love for them. She enjoys being outdoors, meeting different breeds and personalities, and building strong bonds of trust with every dog she cares for. Becca is also first aid qualified.

Sophie is a trainee dog groomer who loves working with dogs and learning more about their behaviour. She is passionate about building her skills and ensuring every dog feels comfortable and cared for. Sophie is also trained in canine first aid.
