Cancellation Policy
Terms and Conditions for Dog Training Obedience Classes These Terms and Conditions (βTermsβ) apply to all participants attending dog training obedience classes provided by Hesseys Happy Hounds (βweβ, βusβ, βourβ). 1. Booking and Payment All classes must be booked and paid for in advance to secure your place. Payment is non-refundable except in exceptional circumstances at our discretion. Spaces are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. 2. Cancellation and Refund Policy Cancellations made within 7 days of the course start date are non-refundable. Missed sessions cannot be refunded or transferred. 3. Dog Health and Vaccination All dogs attending must be up to date with their vaccinations. You must not attend if your dog is unwell, has a contagious condition, or is showing signs of illness. We reserve the right to refuse entry to any dog we believe poses a health risk. 4. Behaviour and Safety Dogs must be kept on a lead unless instructed otherwise by the trainer. Owners are responsible for the behaviour and control of their dog at all times. Dogs with aggression issues must be discussed with us prior to booking; we may recommend 1:1 training instead. We reserve the right to remove any dog from class that poses a risk to others, without refund. 5. Children and Observers Children are welcome but must be supervised by an adult at all times. We request no more than two people per dog to maintain a calm and effective learning environment. 6. Trainer Authority and Liability Our trainers use only positive, reward-based training methods. By participating, you agree to follow the guidance and instructions of the trainer. While we aim to provide a safe environment, participation is at your own risk. We are not liable for any injury or damage caused during class, except where required by law. 7. Photos and Media We may take photos or videos during classes for promotional use. Please inform us in writing if you do not wish to be included. 8. Weather and Venue Changes Outdoor classes may be postponed in the event of severe weather; we will provide as much notice as possible. If the venue or time needs to change, we will notify you promptly and offer alternatives where possible. 9. Data Protection Personal information is collected and stored in line with GDPR requirements. We will never share your data without your consent. 10. Acceptance of Terms By booking and attending a class, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
